1.1. Men Only Pilates Classes/Courses – Thursday 18:30, Sandyford Community Centre, Dublin 18, D18, Lambs Cross, (Map, Street-View)
1.2. Level: Beginners are Welcome! The classes are open to All Levels.
1.3. A block of classes: ** start Thursday 13th January 2022 **
1.4. Book early as classes are small, places are limited to 8-10 participants per class, 
allowing individual attention and feedback.
Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.

2.1. Men Only Pilates Classes/Courses – Tuesday 20:15, Dundrum, Taney Parish Centre, Dublin 14, D14
2.2. Level: Progression, Intermediate Level, you should ideally have done Pilates before if you want to join this class. I assume you don’t have any back issues or other issues.
2.3. A new block of classes: ** starts 11th January 2022 **
2.4. Book early as classes are small, places are limited to 8-10 participants per class, allowing individual attention and feedback.
