I’m planning to add various additional Fitness, Exercises, Pilates and Nutrition Courses, in the coming months, which you can:
(1) do in your time – offering complete time freedom
(2) take at an location that suits you e.g. at home, during holidays, during a business trip, in the office gym.
(3) make a part of your own exercises routine, some online class participants use the video routines as Warm-up or Cool-Down when playing soccer, football, tennis or golf.
