(temp) 5min Warm-Up & Loosening Series part 1, 2, 3 of 8 Videos (focus on back, neck, spine and shoulder stretching)

Here three short 5min exercise videos with slightly different variations of Warm-Up and Loosening exercises, that I recorded a few weeks back. I will keep them up for one or two weeks, as I’m looking for feedback from you. I would really appreciate if you let me know what you think about these videos, so I can improve the video quality and the content over time. ( a few of my clients were not able to view the videos in a Chrome browser on their phones or tablets, but could watch the videos in other browsers).

    Seeing the exercises on screen helps to re enforce the class ones and remind me of some I may have forgotten. Probably an encouragement to do more between classes. They are well done and clearly presented too. Plant looks healthy too but didn’t move much.
